Cancellation, Booking and Payment Policy

At Neat N’ Tidy Geelong, we value your time and trust in our services. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for both our clients and our team, we have established the following payment, cancellation and booking policy:
1. Booking Confirmation:
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Your booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a booking confirmation via email or SMS from Neat N’ Tidy Geelong, with an agreed date and time to perform the clean.
2. Cancellation:
- To cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please provide a minimum of 36 hours notice. You can do this by contacting us via email or SMS. Details are as follows: EMAIL: daniel@neatntidygeelong.com SMS: 0427 248 596
- A cancellation fee of $30 may apply if the 36-hour notice period is not met.
3. Lock-Out:
- If our team arrives at the specified location and there is no way to access the property or the client is unresponsive, a Lock-Out fee of $30, may be charged.
4. Rescheduling:
- If you wish to reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 36 hours in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your new appointment request, subject to availability.
5. Cleaning Supplies:
- Our team will bring their own cleaning supplies and equipment unless you request otherwise. If you prefer to use your own supplies, please inform us prior to or at the time of booking.
6. Access and Security:
- You are responsible for providing access to your premises during the scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so may result in a fee.
- Please ensure the safety and security of our team while they are on your property.
7. Damages:
- While our team is highly trained and experienced, accidents can happen. In the rare event that any damage occurs during our service, rest assured that we will make every effort to rectify the situation promptly, while also being fully insured in case of the worst.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee:
- Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please inform us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
9. Health and Safety:
- We follow strict health and safety guidelines. If you or anyone in your household is unwell, please reschedule your appointment to protect the safety of our team.
10. Payment:
- Payment is due 5 days from the service date. If these terms do not suit your needs, please contact us to discuss further.
- We accept various payment methods, including cash, PayID, Bank Transfer and other forms of electronic funds transfer (EFT).
11. Service Charges:
- Service charges are based on the type of cleaning service you request and the size of the area to be cleaned. Our pricing is provided in advance and is subject to change with notice.
12. Invoicing:
- You will receive an itemised invoice electronically, detailing the services provided and the corresponding charges.
13. Late Payments:
- Payments not received by the due date will be given a 48 hour grace period to make the outlined payment. Payments that are not made during this period may be subject to a $15 late fee, which can be increased if there is an extended time period before payment is made.
14. Outstanding Balances:
- If there are outstanding balances on your account, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel future services until the balance is settled.
15. Disputed Charges:
- If you believe there is an error or discrepancy in your invoice, please contact us promptly. We will investigate and address any valid concerns.
16. Gratuity:
- Tips for our cleaning team members are greatly appreciated but are left to your discretion. If you choose to leave a gratuity, it can be included with your payment.
17. Change of Payment Information:
- It is your responsibility to keep your payment information up to date. Please inform us of any changes to your payment method in a timely manner.
By booking our services, you agree to adhere to this cancellation, booking and payment policy. We reserve the right to make changes to this policy with prior notice.
